The primary responsibilities involve evaluating patients, creating individualized plans of care, and delivering hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education. Clinicians must also monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure meaningful outcomes are achieved.
Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. A strong passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care is also required for this role.
