Provide in-home care and support to elderly or disabled clients, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care. Engage clients in community activities and assist with behavioral and social goals through coaching and companionship.
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and car insurance. No prior experience is required, but a compassionate attitude and willingness to help others are essential.

This job requires caring for others who need help staying or gaining independence AT THEIR OWN HOME including the elderly or clients with intellectual or physical disabilities of all ages.
In Home Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) Essential Job Functions (differ based on client needs): Housekeeping/Cleaning & laundry Meal preparation & cooking Grocery shopping for or with the client Transportation & errands Personal cares and bathing Companionship Visit places in the community/socialize Engage in activities (games, memory books) Assist with goals such as, but not limited to social and behavior functioning, coping skills, self-advocacy, confidence building, relationship building, safe boundaries, etc. by Coaching, discussing, roleplaying, teaching etc. We hire CNAs, homemakers, housekeepers, personal attendants, aides, CDAC providers, and Caregivers! No experience required - just a desire to help others, willingness to work and a friendly smile are needed!
