The role involves creating and leading medically prescribed physical therapy programs, conducting initial and ongoing clinical assessments to tailor care plans, and involving patients and families in the wellness process. Additionally, the therapist will oversee therapy assistants and students while delivering targeted therapy interventions to improve patient mobility.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being preferred, and must obtain BLS Provider certification within one month of hire. A mandatory requirement is holding the Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credential from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to the start date.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
