$24 - $39 / HOUR
As a Clinical Partner, the individual assumes responsibility and accountability for applying the nursing process and delivering patient care for a specialty patient population under the direction of a Registered Nurse. This includes identifying patient needs, participating in care implementation, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and adhering to infection control guidelines.
Applicants must possess a minimum of one year of experience as a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an acute care facility, preferably a hospital or medical center. Required documentation includes a High School Diploma/GED, a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate from ARC or AHA, and an active California CNA Certificate.
