The role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards, which includes collecting data, analyzing assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions. This position also requires supervising and directing assigned nursing staff and coordinating care across different disciplines.
Candidates must possess Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice and required certifications including CPR/BLS and ACLS, along with the facility-specific NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS). A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care facility experience are preferred qualifications.

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
