The Medication Nurse serves as the primary resource for pharmacy-related needs, managing medication orders, refills, and deliveries. They are responsible for administering medications according to policy and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current North Carolina LPN license and CPR/First Aid certifications. A minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly is required.

Medication Nurse, Full time, Part Time
Duties: and Responsibilities:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current unencumbered North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required. Current First Aid Certification required or ability to obtain.
1. Minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly. 2. Two (2) years clerical or business experience, preferably in a health care environment is preferred. 3. Experience with a personal computer, various software applications, email, facsimile, and copier. Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
