The role involves assisting residents with high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and monitoring vital signs according to policy. Responsibilities also include encouraging meal attendance, completing shift documentation, communicating with relevant parties, and responding promptly to call lights and emergencies.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED. One year of experience working as an STNA, PCA, HHA, or RA is preferred but not strictly required.
