This role involves providing direct nursing care to residents, delegating, and supervising care provided by Resident Assistants. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, identifying medical/behavioral changes, developing care plans, and reporting community conditions to the Director of Health Services.
Candidates must possess a current nursing license valid in the state of employment and demonstrate a willingness to be available for community emergencies. The position requires a hospitality focus and compassion for senior engagement.

Rose Senior Living Avon is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. LPN 2nd shift full-time, every other weekend
