The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, treating, and supervising patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing difficulties. They also provide training to facility staff and maintain accurate medical documentation while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. A valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist is also required.

What You’ll Do: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and discharge planning Educate staff and caregivers on restorative programs
