Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license, along with a DEA License and CPR/BCLS/BLS certification. A Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required, and a minimum of six months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is necessary.
