As a Resident Life Partner (Caregiver), the role involves assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living, passing medications, preparing meals, and performing laundry and light housekeeping duties. The core mission is to provide compassionate assistance and care to older adults.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a passion for serving older adults and reliable transportation. Prior caregiving, CNA/MA, or Med Tech experience is helpful but not mandatory.
