The CTI Clinician manages a caseload using the CTI-phased model, conducting comprehensive assessments, safety evaluations, and providing evidence-based, solution-focused therapy. This role focuses on linking participants transitioning from hospital to sustainable community support services.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a clinical field with valid NYS licensure or limited permit, and a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders. A valid NYS Driver's License and the ability to perform fieldwork are required.
Valid NYS license (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or a limited permit.
Minimum of 2 years working with individuals with SMI, co-occurring disorders, or I/DD.
Valid NYS Driver’s License (travel required via agency or personal vehicle).
Strong clinical competency, cultural humility, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting. Spanish-speaking is a plus! Why Join Us?
