Evaluate patients to create individualized plans of care and deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful health outcomes.
Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. Candidates should possess a passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
