Core duties involve reviewing patient medical history, diagnosing conditions through observation and listening, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. The role requires using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury, while also recording progress and modifying care plans as needed.
Candidates must possess a Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma and be a graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. While one year of experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, provided they have strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
