Core duties involve reviewing patient medical history, diagnosing through observation and listening, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Responsibilities also include using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and increase mobility, while recording progress and modifying care plans as needed.
Candidates must possess Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma and be a graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. One year of experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, alongside a desire for lifelong learning and teamwork.
