The Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting physicians, providing treatment to patients across various medical conditions, administering medication, and monitoring patient progress using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care delivery.
Candidates must complete an accredited RN program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) and possess current BLS and ACLS certifications, meeting North Dakota Century Code requirements for licensure; no prior experience is necessary for this role.
West River Health Services is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our MDS, ER and/or OB team. This person is responsible for assisting physicians while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions. He/she will administer medication, monitor and record patient progress, and educate families and the patient as needed.
Utilizing the nursing process, the RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care. The RN is responsible for: meeting the established Standards of Nursing Care, Managing assigned personnel, and promoting collaboration among the disciplines
Education: Completes accredited RN program (ADN, Diploma, BSN).
