The LPN is responsible for completing medication passes across all locations, assisting with medication changes, performing wound care, and attending various medical appointments for individuals. They must also review logs for accuracy and maintain all required professional certifications.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive company vehicles to multiple locations, along with passing comprehensive background checks including fingerprints, child abuse, and drug screening. Applicants must provide original documentation verifying their LPN license in Illinois and legal authorization to work in the US.
Driving Requirement: You must have a valid drivers license & be willing to drive company vehicles to be eligible for this position
Pay: $28-$31per hour based on experience

Evanston, Lake Zurich, Maywood, Highland Park, Niles, Morton Grove, Des Plaines & Mt. Prospect
Hours: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
About the Position: Job functions specifically performed by the LPN include the following:
1. Complete needed medication passes across all locations.
2. Follow body check schedule.
3. Deliver medication as needed to appropriate location and assist with monthly medication change over..
4. Review shift count and control count logs.
5. Other duties as assigned.
The LPN is accountable for maintaining individual certifications (CPR/First aid and LPN) and ensure all necessary course re-trainings are up to date to remain an active employee in accordance with Rimland’s policies and procedures.
