The physician will join an ambulatory team focused on expanding Primary Care Services in Evansville and the Southern Region, providing outpatient care as a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician. Responsibilities include collaborating with over 50 primary care colleagues and utilizing the Athenahealth EMR system within a 375+ bed facility.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree and be credentialed by the Indiana Medical Licensing Board prior to the hire date. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred, and the role requires commitment to a 1.0 FTE schedule with minimal shared call.
Incentives: $260,000 guaranteed base salary for the first year, plus opportunities for additional earnings through production/wRVU incentives. Full benefits including a 403B with a 6% match, loan forgiveness assistance, commencement bonus, residency stipend (if applicable), and relocation allowance.
