The primary duties involve performing diagnostic radiology imaging procedures, which includes preparing the patient through proper positioning and adjusting equipment controls for correct exposure factors. The technologist is also responsible for ensuring an efficient flow of patients through the x-ray and office areas.
Candidates must possess current State of NH licensure and ARRT registration or be registry eligible, along with excellent communication and computer skills suitable for a fast-paced environment. X-ray experience in an orthopedic or acute care setting is preferred, and a willingness to travel 25% is required.
