The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for population-specific patients with multi-system issues. They manage patient care plans, administer medications, and serve as a resource person and preceptor for the healthcare team.
Candidates must be graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid New Hampshire Board of Nursing license and BLS certification. While one year of clinical experience is mentioned, new graduates are explicitly welcomed to apply.
