The Physical Therapist will collaborate with physicians, families, and/or interdisciplinary teams to evaluate functional strengths and needs. This evaluation is used to establish individualized, meaningful, and appropriate therapy for the individuals supported.
Candidates must possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and hold active NYS State Licensure. Experience is helpful, but new graduates will be considered for this position.
Collaborates with physicians, families and/or interdisciplinary teams to evaluate functional strengths and needs in order to establish individualized, meaningful and appropriate therapy for the individuals we support.
