The Opportunity Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Previous EM experience is required. New grads who have completed an internship welcome to apply. Current national certification, DEA, ACLS and BLS are required. Current IL state license is a plus. The Practice Advocate Condell Medical Center – Libertyville, Illinois STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. The only Level One Trauma Center in Lake County. 284-bed hospital with a 44-bed Emergency Department. Annual volume of 56,000 with a 29% admit rate. Full sub-specialty backup excluding peds which get transferred out. Listed by US News & World Report as one of Illinois’ best hospitals.
