The Pharmacist ensures appropriate, evidence-based medication use, guaranteeing patients receive the correct medication at the right dose while maintaining medication safety compliance with regulations. Core duties involve providing clinical pharmaceutical care, resolving medication-related problems, participating in interdisciplinary teams, and overseeing pharmacy technicians.
Candidates must hold a required Pharmacist license and demonstrate proficiency in clinical care, medication safety, and distributive services, actively participating in quality improvement and educational activities. A minimum of two years of experience as a pharmacy technician, intern, and/or pharmacist is required, with a Doctorate in Pharmacy being preferred.
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Reg Pharmacist Additional License(s) and Certification(s): Required Minimum Experience:
