Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and hold a current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license or be eligible to obtain one before starting. The ideal applicant is passionate about empowering independence, communicates effectively, and is adept at creative problem-solving both independently and within a team.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physical therapists, speech therapists, doctors, nursing staff) to provide comprehensive care.
