$16 - $18 / HOUR
This role involves providing assistance and training to residents in various residential settings based on their individual service plans, focusing on daily living skills, medication monitoring, and facility oversight. Responsibilities also include implementing programming, assisting with service plan formulation, and participating in crisis resolution using the least restrictive interventions.
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of preferred experience working with individuals who have emotional impairments or developmental disabilities. Candidates must possess a car, a valid Ohio driver's license, insurability, and the ability to work non-judgmentally in a team environment.
