The clinician is responsible for providing mental health evaluations, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions to patients in a correctional setting. This includes developing individual treatment plans and coordinating care with families and community agencies.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Professional Counselor, Psychological Associate, or Social Worker is required.
