$32 - $35 / HOUR
The Licensed Practical Nurse will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and actively promote independent lifestyles while being responsible for identifying medical and behavioral changes and developing/monitoring care plans. This role also requires providing daily reports to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions and resident needs, and delivering nursing care per physician's orders.
Candidates must possess a current nursing license valid in the state of employment and demonstrate a willingness to be available for all community emergencies. A minimum of one year of experience in a skilled facility is preferred.

$32 - $35 (plus shift differential), dependent on credentials and experience.
Hours: 12 hours, FT Day Shift / FT Night Shift
