The Staff Physician holds ultimate responsibility for all medical aspects of the Clinic operations, providing initial, annual, and ongoing medical evaluation and treatment, either directly or through referral. This role involves close collaboration with the Clinic Supervisor and counselors to assess patient progress and maximize clinic effectiveness.
The minimum requirement is to be currently licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut. Specialty training and certification in internal medicine or psychiatry is desirable but not essential, as is experience with addiction problems or community medicine.

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer and the President/CEO will have ultimate responsibility for all medical
aspects of the Clinic operations.
$150,000.00 $230,000.00
Actual pay will be determined based on several factors. These may include education, work experience and in some instances, certifications. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
Must be currently licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut. Specialty training and certification in internal
medicine or psychiatry is desirable but not essential. Also desirable is some background, association or experience with
problems of addiction and/or community medicine; a sensitivity to, and understanding of, the general lifestyle, emotional
and behavioral patterns often associated with narcotics addiction.
