The House Manager Aide implements individualized resident care plans through functional assessments, documentation, and planning/supervising social and recreational activities. Key duties involve assisting residents with daily needs, ensuring safety, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with standards.
The primary responsibility involves supervising residents, guiding them in structured activities, and promoting their independent development under the supervision of the House Manager. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read and write effectively, safely lift residents potentially exceeding 50 pounds, and adhere to established procedures.

The House Manager Aide is responsible for contributing to and implementing specified care and continuous active treatment. The primary responsibility is supervision of the residents and guiding the residents in structured activities and the promotion of their individualized development as well
as encouraging the residents to function as independently as possible. Supervision is provided by the House Manager. Staff will be requested to follow a designated shift routine as outlined by the Supervisor.
