The coordinator manages patient flow by adhering to established scheduling protocols and coordinates with physicians, office staff, and surgery teams to ensure a patient-focused environment. This role also involves clerical support activities and educating staff on casting and orthopedic initiatives.
A minimum of 3 years of experience, including physician practice or OR experience, is required, along with an in-depth understanding of the surgery coordinating process. Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills in standard English and the ability to use basic personal computer programs like Windows, Excel, and Access.
