• Completing this step is required as part of the application process and helps us get to know you better.Job DescriptionChart interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner to reflect resident care.Prepare and administer medications/treatments as ordered by a physician; Ensure drug & narcotic records are accurate and up to date for each shift; notify nurse manager of discrepancies; appropriately dispose of drugs & narcotics.Assists the Director of Nursing with completion of documentation as required by the Department of Human Services, PA 2600.
