Caregivers open their homes and lives to a person with disabilities while supporting their independence and self-determination. The professional team will work to pair caregivers with suitable individuals to create a meaningful life for all.
Caregivers must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle, as well as an extra bedroom in their home. They must also pass a CORI and fingerprint check to be found suitable.

We are seeking caring and dedicated people to join our Shared Living team by becoming caregivers. Caregivers open their homes and lives to a person with disabilities while supporting their independence and self-determination. Our seasoned professional team will work diligently to pair you with a suitable individual and to create a meaningful and purpose filled life for all.
Caregivers are considered subcontractors who are given a monthly, tax exempt stipend. You will also receive supports from nursing, case management, and clinical professionals, as well as thorough and ongoing trainings.
