The clinician will provide outpatient individual, group, and family supportive counseling to clients while charting progress and maintaining clinical records according to treatment plans. This role also involves monitoring client needs, coordinating services with other staff, and potentially providing in-home counseling sessions.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and hold or be eligible for an Arizona license such as LAMFT, LAC, LAAC, LMSW, or equivalent. Required qualifications also include proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHRs, excellent communication skills, a valid AZ Driver's License, and obtaining CPR/First Aid certification and a Fingerprint Clearance card.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have or be able to attain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of assuming role. Valid AZ Driver License. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 22 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment Must pass a TB Test.
