The role involves providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management within the scope of practice in a structured withdrawal management setting. Key duties include completing necessary documentation like treatment plans, service notes, and discharge plans within required timelines.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience, along with active licensure such as LCDC II, LCDC III, LSW, LPC, LICDC, LISW, or LPCC. Successful applicants are also required to pass BCI checks, compliance checks, and a pre-employment drug screen.

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support individuals beginning their recovery journey by providing therapeutic services, crisis intervention, and case management in a structured withdrawal management environment. You’ll work closely with an Executive Director and a collaborative clinical team committed to person‑centered care.
