A high school diploma is required, though a Bachelor of Science in Biology is preferred, and previous healthcare or research experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to articulate complex concepts, learn quickly, adapt to variable schedules (including early mornings), and possess strong communication skills, with bilingual capabilities being preferred.
