The physician will provide comprehensive care from admission to discharge for all referred patients within a busy practice setting at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a Transitional Care Unit. Primary responsibility involves nocturnal shifts, with 161 shifts required yearly, supported by a regional team providing 24/7 coverage.
Candidates must possess an M.D., D.O., or foreign degree equivalent, be eligible for a Minnesota medical license, and be Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or in the final year of an ACGME accredited program. Family Practice Board Certified/Eligible physicians with sufficient inpatient experience will also be considered.
Mayo Clinic Health System in New Prague, MN is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our Hospitalist team in a part-time role. Family Practice Board Certified/Eligible physicians will also be considered given sufficient inpatient experience.
This physician will provide comprehensive care from admission to discharge for all patients referred to the service. You may expect a busy practice in a physician led financially stable organization, committed to both high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
Primary responsibility to our 25 Critical Access Hospital with a Transitional Care Unit in New Prague, MN. Opportunity may exist to pick up additional shifts at any of our other Minnesota Health System Hospitals.
