Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program, holding an active California PA or NP license with national board certification and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include 1–3 years of experience in women’s health or a related specialty, along with strong clinical assessment skills related to pelvic floor disorders.
Opportunity Information Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) seeks a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to join our Urogynecology Team in San Francisco. · Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care. · Conduct detailed histories and pelvic examinations to evaluate urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, and related conditions. · Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans including behavioral therapy, medication management, pessary fitting, and perioperative care coordination. · Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate diagnostic testing and referrals, and participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.
· Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s or Doctoral degree required). · Active California PA license with national board certification (PA-C). · 1–3 years of experience in women’s health, gynecology, urology, or related specialty preferred. · Strong clinical assessment skills and experience with pelvic floor disorders or procedural care preferred.
