Medical Laboratory Scientists and Technicians perform a wide range of laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. They operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensure accurate test results, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Candidates must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Scientist. A minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience is required.
