Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching DBT skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an active caseload of approximately26 clients per week; a minimum of 15 clients per week required Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in Kansas and/or Missouri Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.) Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
Preference for DBT therapy knowledge, with training available for the right candidate.
