The Clinical Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, which includes assessing patient health status, formulating individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team, and directing care activities on the assigned unit. This role also involves documenting all interventions, transcribing physician orders, providing patient education, and evaluating patient outcomes according to established policies and professional guidelines.
Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing and hold an active Registered Nurse License issued by Florida or a Compact State, along with a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Additional unit-specific certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NIHSS may be required.
