The Licensed Mental Health Professional will collaborate within a multidisciplinary Primary Care team to deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral health services, including same-day consultations and interventions during primary care visits. Responsibilities involve conducting functional assessments, addressing common behavioral health needs like depression and anxiety, and providing real-time recommendations to medical providers.
Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar credential, with preferred experience in primary care or integrated settings. Experience working with children, especially ages 5-11, and strong communication skills are essential, while being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
