The Medical Assistant will be responsible for essential preparation tasks such as taking vital signs, documenting patient needs and concerns, and assisting with clinic procedures and examinations. They must also promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education while providing quality, compassionate, and patient-family-centered care.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent along with completion of an accredited medical assistant program, LPN licensure, or specific apprenticeship/certification pathways. A minimum of one year of recent Medical Assistant experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN is preferred, and CPR/BLS certification is required upon hire.
Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift position. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
