The role involves developing individualized treatment plans collaboratively and providing individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices for children and adolescents. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation and monitoring client progress according to organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a social service field and hold an Associate or Full License (LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, LCSW). Required experience includes working in mental health or crisis stabilization settings, specifically with children, and demonstrating knowledge of trauma-informed care and the chronically mentally ill population.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team. Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and federal guidelines. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
