A minimum of 0-2 years of clinical experience is required, with at least 6 months specifically in critical care. Candidates must possess an Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelor's preferred) and hold current certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT, and RCP.
