The physician will evaluate and treat patients using appropriate diagnostic and treatment skills, while also recommending and participating in efforts to improve the cost-effectiveness and quality of patient care. Responsibilities also include accepting referrals, acting as admitting/attending/consulting physician for hospitalized patients, and participating in academic programs if requested.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. A valid physician license from the Florida Board of Medicine is required prior to the hire or transfer date, and Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.

Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
