You will undertake occupational therapy assessments, care planning, and reviews to promote independence and daily living skills. Additionally, you will advise and support individuals and carers in overcoming disability and maximizing independence.
A Diploma or BSc in Occupational Therapy and HCPC Registration are required. Experience in a health or social care community setting is essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Liquid Personnel is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide short-term cover within the Reablement Team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services to adults with care and support needs, supporting their independence and wellbeing in the community. You will play a key role in assessments, care planning, and interventions that enable individuals to live more independently, while working closely with colleagues across health and social care.
