What will your responsibilities be?

• In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, ensuring a strength-based approach underpins all assessments.
• You will undertake risk assessment, safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity and Best Interest assessments.
• You will work collaboratively with health and social care professionals, participating in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments and multi-agency forums.
• You will ensure service delivery aligns with legislation, financial resources, and quality standards.
• Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, high-quality reports, and compliance with data protection laws.

Essential Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK driving license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
