Position Summary
Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients while utilizing AI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork. Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Work-Life Balance: Cut down on after-hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities. Enhanced Efficiency: Experience an easier transition to technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring. Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits. Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden. Education and/or Experience Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program. 1 year experience in skilled nursing, preferably in hospice, home health care, oncology or emergency care preferred. . Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
