The Clinical Nurse Practitioner is responsible for rendering medical care to patients within the hospital and clinic setting, which includes the assessment of patients and providing necessary care. This role involves delivering patient care services strictly according to the allowed scope of practice and Memorial Medical Staff bylaws.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed a Master's Degree program with a Nurse Practitioner focus. Required licensure includes a current professional Nurse Practitioner license and NP Certification in Mississippi, along with two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
The Clinical Nurse Practitioner renders medical care to patients within the clinical setting of the hospital and clinic office and is response for assessment of the patients and provides care for each identified patient. The Nurse Practitioner provides patient care services as allowed by scope of practice and Memorial Medical Staff bylaws.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Successful completion of a Master's Degree in nursing program with NP focus.
Current license to practice as a professional Nurse Practitioner in Mississippi. Current NP Certification.
