The physician will manage both outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care, including interpreting various non-invasive diagnostic studies such as echocardiography, stress testing, and nuclear cardiology. Responsibilities also involve providing consultative services and collaborating with other providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and hold an MD or DO degree. Proficiency in non-invasive diagnostics, especially nuclear cardiology, is required, along with eligibility for Hawaii medical licensure and strong patient-centered clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities Manage outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care Interpret non-invasive diagnostic studies: echocardiography (TTE, TEE), stress testing, nuclear cardiology, Holter/event monitors, and EKGs Provide consultative services to hospital and emergency department Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure coordinated care Participate in quality improvement, education, and cardiac program developmentOptional teaching and community outreach opportunities
MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease Proficient in non-invasive diagnostics (Echo, Stress Testing; Nuclear preferred) Eligible for Hawaii medical licensure Strong clinical skills and patient-centered care approach
